How to keep from chafing with a cup on in baseball?
My son is a catcher in Georgia...so very hot, very humid, and he is starting to chafe badly! Some people have said use baby powder, others have said anti-monkey butt, others swear by a product called body glide that looks like a deodorant stick...
So....fellas how do YOU keep your parts from chafing with a cup on?
P.S. He does travel ball so he can play 2-4 games a day!

I always used sliding shorts with a cup insert. Also, it sounds blatantly obvious, but make sure he is using the proper size cup!
I too, played travel ball in the middle of summer, and on the days where chafing was unavoidable, we tended to use petroleum jelly which seemed to work wonderfully.
