Does anyone else watch Wimbledon?

I know this is non-football related, but anyone else take interest?

I usually don't watch Tennis but I do watch Wimbledon since there's nothing else on TV? I hope Murray reaches the final and then end up crying, that was f*cking hilarious when that happened last year. He bottled it again and ended up getting his @rse handed to him by Federer. Don't get why the media expect him to win Wimbledon, he is a born loser and doesn't have the mentality to win grand slams.

Anyone else shocked Nadal lost ?

Update:

Federer felt sorry for Murray and the Murray c0ck-riding media, so he let him win and let the media have their joy of the Scottish person winning a match where Federer put no effort in whatsoever. Djokovic let Murray win too but soon in the Australian open, demolished him in the final.

I am surprised so many on this section watch Wimbledon. I watch it a lot, just like the Olympics its in my home town. They only thing I can't stand is all the celebs on finals day.

  • Yes I like Wimbledon. Used to live a mile or 2 away. I try and watch the other grand-slams but they just don't do it for me.

I took a dislike to Murray early in his career that I have never been able to fully overcome. I like Nadal he is a gladiator of a player, shame grass isn't his thing. I like watching the girls when they are pretty.

lmfao at comments here that players weren't trying or let opponents win.

    @ Aces

    1. Gold medal? Federer wasn't trying in the Olympics final.

    2. He has one grand slam.... compare that to Federer's 17.

    3. Wimbledon is the BIG one for Andrew Murray, if he goes his career without winning it it'll be a disaster.

I hope Federer beats him in the semi-final, then Federer annihilates Djokovic in the final.

Would have been cheering for Nadal but he's out.

er....he won the US OPEN ?

and a GOLD MEDAL @ the Olympic Games last summer beating none other than, Roger Federer (convincingly too) ?

    LOL @ your anti-murray comment

    XD

    Nadal Lost ???

fecking hell man - well see, i haven't bothered to follow the Tennis thus far.

I'll try harder to follow it in the remaining month or so though.

I'd like to see Andy Murray reach the final - and from there, anything can happen :-D

I normally start watching it second week but watched some of the Nadal match, one of the biggest shocks ever Nadal losing to a player who has only won two matches this year!!

I watch a little of Wimbledon but thats all. Murray is a Scot so I care even less about him than I did about the Canadian Rudedski fella !

I think quite few people watch Wimbledon. In fact, I'd say the overall numbers far exceed the average annual attendance of all teams in the EPL.

  • Serena Williams will win WImbledon yet again
