definitely c. but, it depends on the person. if someone does not really need anger management, say for example if they are depressed and sad, this may not be a successful coping skill. it is hard to think of a situation in which exercise would be bad, but if someone is obsessed with exercise and is over-exercising, this could be an unsuccessful coping skill, as well.

all in all what i am saying is that nothing is ever final and definite for all people. we are all different and different skills help us at different times. what works for you may not work for someone else and vice versa. luckily there are so many ways in which we can cope that there is something for everyone. we need to know ourselves as well as we can so we know what we need and when we need it.
