Sending Lortabs through the mail?
I usually leave 20 lortab 7.5's with a friend 200 miles away so that I do not use them all too fast and run out before refill. I have a valid rx for this drug and the pills are mine. Is it illegal for her to mail them to me at that time?

Hi there: yes it is illegal for her to send them to you by mail of any sort. They can say that she was selling them to you as a pusher. You have her to stop okay. She could face a lot of time if charged with intent to sell. I take the same thing myself and my cousin lives in Ky but i would never take the chance and send him some .Even tho he takes the same as i do okay. I know that you and her both mean well. I understand but the law would have a different view if this matter. They are more hard nosed. You have a fine day. it would be the same as me sending drugs into a prison. Okay?
