How can i get just ONE window to be viewed in Excel?

Hey guys, i have this workbook file in Excel with different tabs on the bottom. Now, everytime that i click on one of the tabs on the bottom, i get TWO windows side by side of the same thing. How can i get rid of one of them so that there's only ONE page to be viewed PER tab? Thanks!

Here's a picture of the screen to better understand my question. Thanks!

Update:

If you guys see down in the bottom right corner of the picture, the small horizontal scroll bar to the right of where it says "Tray 13", if you scroll that all the way down to the right, it just gives me multiple copies of the same page over and over and over again. So technically i have multiple copies of this page PER tab. What i want is just ONE page per tab.

You are in Page Layout view—just switch back to Normal view (either the first command in the View ribbon, or the first of the three buttons next to the zoom slider at bottom right).

Those aren't copies, they are pages, similar to how it would look when printed.

I'm not sure I completely understand. Shouldn't you just press that first button that says 'Normal'? Wouldn't that fix it? I'd like to help but maybe I need a little more information.
