Should I move in with my girlfriend of 6 months?

so me and my girlfriend are both 18 and we just got out of high school a while back. We've been together for six months and both of us are ready to get away from our parents and go live on our own. Would it be a bad thing to try and find a place in a nearby town that we want to move to and live together. I know its kind of soon and I can't really on things to work out (although i really hope they do)and i know moving in with someone is a big step. We never argue or anything like that and i honestly think i could live with her without any problems. Also if something does happen i have a backup plan to live with my cousin who also lives in that town or sister if necessary. Could this work or is it to soon to support ourselves? We are just really tired of our parents however they do support us. Opinions?

Well you just got out of high school. Are you going to the same college or is it different? It's a very big leap and I hear they fight the most when reality hits and fight for territorial grounds.I would do it seems like your in love and really ready for the next step. If it doesn't work out you do always have your cousin.
