Installing programs on flash drive?

I don't own a computer, and do most of my computer work at the library. I managed to install a few programs into a micro sd card before (video game emulators, and file extractors) and they run without having to install them. However, some programs need to be installed, which is bad for me, since I don't have administrator privilegess. Is there any way to install programs directly to a flash drive? Thanks in advance.

Never tried it personally as I don't like using things like that, as they're typically slower thanks to the middle man of having to transfer the data to the Main Drive from the Flashdrive.

But, if my hunch is correct you should be able to install as though you were installing in C:// but simply put it in E:// or whatever the "Removable" drive is.

Normally it asks "Installing here [C://Program Files/CDProjektRed/Witcher/] and then has a button called "Browse" that lets you change the location of installation. This should do it.
