Where does it mention whole grain bread combating high cholesterol? We claim that it is not scientific because, it was written by men who didn't know science or the scientific process. In fact they would kill anyone who asked a question and tried to find an answer to it other than "god did it". All they see is a harden heart and they considered it to be because of the bread, there was no scientific process here, there for it is not science.
