Youtube-related question?

So I have been making some youtube videos recently. The content itself is appropriate for younger audiences, though there is some strong language. As such, in compliance with the Youtube ToS, I am trying to find a way to mark the video for it (in a manner similar to this video, which is not part of my channel: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofsgkdQqgQs).

I have searched the internet but found no way to place it. I know that it is not part of the video itself since the warning is not counting in the time of the video. So, how do I place the warning?

Sorry, that is for YT partners only. You could place a warning similar to warnings on games saying "Parental advisory" on your thumbnails or intros.
