Does the U.S. Constitution say anything about the freedom to choose?

I don't mean vote I mean choose things in general. Like free will to be able to go here or there or do this or that. The ninth amendment is the only thing I could think of but it's kind of vague, so does it say anywhere that we have the right or freedom to make our own choices?

    The Constitution enumerates the things government is allowed to do and unless it says the government can restrict something, it can't.
