I was wondering if it was legal for myself to place an individual under citezens arrest in the state of california if I am given permission by the property owner to do so, additionally I was wondering if an altercation took place could I charge said trespasser with assault regardless of whether or not it is on my property if I took part in the altercation in self defense ... I am a minor (17). And say the perp is a minor as well same age. What is the procedure for police? And would the california state penal code 837 allow myself to do this.

The federal communications Commission is an agency that was government appointed which basically tells us what we can/can't watch/hear. I'm not sure exactly sure how unconstitutional it is, but I'm pretty sure that censorship is unconstitutional and what they (the FCC) are doing is just a different form of it. What are your opinions on the FCC? I don't care if you "bad mouth" the government or say something rude. The NSA might though.

My dog has diabetes (was recently diagnosed on Friday 6/21/13). The veterinarians put him on a low fat diet and are giving him insulin pepcid and moxacillin. They said they don't want me to give him any human food or regular dog food, but he is starving and only gets fed twice a day. He's lost 15lbs and is usually 30lbs and he keeps losing more weight, so I guess the question is; can I feed him more than I am or would it kill him. I feed him about a half a can of dog food and half a cup of kibble twice a day. I don't want to feed him and have him go into a coma but I don't want him to starve to death either

I personally believe that it was completely wrong. I think that at the first sign of trouble this country just dismisses all of it's "codes" or "laws" to take away what little freedom we have left. But what's your opinion on the whole situation?

I reset it about an hour ago and it still hasn't fully reset. It's a white iPhone 5 and it was previously jail broken and my carrier is sprint if any of that matters.
