I have a question that deals with conformity.?

how could the action of conforming determine whether or not an adolescent wearing a halloween costume and mask will damage property if he doesn't get treats while trick or treating on halloween.

Its a homework question and i haven't been able to figure it out yet.

Update:

its a negative action...the adolescent is damaging property.

It depends on the type of action. Is it a good action or bad action. It depends whether the action is a righteous action or against the social law, natural law or moral law or universal law. If such an action is detrimental to the society at large, it will bear its fruits in the same way. We reap what we sow. Every action has its reaction.
