My dog got a double dose of insulin.?

I always give him insulin after his dinner but my dad accidentally gave him some about 10 min after I did he gets 4 ml I think. I gave him some extra food and a tiny piece of banana to give him a little extra sugar but is there anything I should look for?

    CALL ANY EMERGENCY VETERINARIAN AT ONCE. Too much insulin can kill the dog. HURRY! IT COSTS NOTHING TO ASK QUESTIONS ON THE TELEPHONE.
