Isn't the FCC unconstitutional?
The federal communications Commission is an agency that was government appointed which basically tells us what we can/can't watch/hear. I'm not sure exactly sure how unconstitutional it is, but I'm pretty sure that censorship is unconstitutional and what they (the FCC) are doing is just a different form of it. What are your opinions on the FCC? I don't care if you "bad mouth" the government or say something rude. The NSA might though.

They were intended for the radio and communication monitoring. Censorship of media shouldn't of gone their way. So yes they are unconstitutional and need to be removed from the goverment. But to much corrupt politics make and give them to much power. Thanks to those burrecrats we need their permission to put up cell towers, radio channels, tv channels, satelights, and other emergency and commercial cummication devices. These guys ruin our productivity and safety of our civilian liberties. But people don't want to do anything to stop them from ruining our country. So we deserve to have a low broadband internet structure and cell data structure thanks to monopolies established by the FCC the new secret police of the Feds.
