What is the seasoning on Chili's lighter choice 6 oz sirloin steak?
Tonight at Chili's, I ordered the lighter choice 6 oz sirloin steak. The menu states that it is a: "100% USDA Choice sirloin with carne asada rub". I have looked everywhere online to find a carne asada dry rub recipe, but have not had any luck. It was almost spicy and had a little bit of a kick to it, but absolutely lovely flavor! It was also dark red in color.. almost like paprika or chili powder was in it. Any suggestions, please?

All it takes is garlic, chili, cumin, cilantro and citric acid plus a bit of freshly ground pepper, sugar and salt. You can find all these ingredients in dried form so it should be no problem to make a dry rub. For the amounts use a mix if inspiration and experimentation
