If one selects a random odd number between 3 and 999 (inclusive) what is the probability of it being prime?

    a list of primes has already been provided. they number 168

    003 to 999 would have 997 #s, of which 499 would be odd

    indicated Pr = 168/997 <-------

    You'd have to count all the prime numbers between 3 and 399 first.... 168

    The probability would be 168 / 397
