Help need tips for braces?

Don't use whitening. It makes your teeth whiter but there will be dark spots when your braces come off. You can't whiten with braces.

Ask your braces dentist for the tips and tricks you need.

Be careful to not eat chips, popcorn, crunching on hard or sticky candy or biting on ice. It can bend wires and break brackets.

Brush them thoroughly after every main meal and use mouth rinse once a day

And using a whitening toothpaste is not a good idea at all, since the small areas of your teeth that are covered by the brackets where they where glued on are still covered and are still the same color as they were when you got them on. Whitening the exposed parts of your teeth will cause weird discolored areas after your braces get taken off at the end of treatment
