I just bought this new toothpaste called pronamel fresh breath and I checked for whitening and I think it doesn't have any in it so can anyone tell me if I can use this for my braces because I heard that using whitening is bad to use with braces. Thanks in advance

Okay so I had braces for a while and I need tips and tricks to take care of them. Plus can you use whitening.

I so far had braces for 7 8 months so I know some stuff butt how to keep them clean. I use oral b deep clean toothbrush, Colgate advance cleaning and use crest pro health mouthwash. Also can you tell tips and trips to kepp my braces clean thanks for everyone that answers also I have a waterpik butt I also floss sometimes too with string floss
