Hmmm. If the stain is just regular food stains then don't worry. Your dentist can clean it away. If it's a white type stain, it means some of your tooth enamel has been eaten away. This happened to one of my teeth with my braces.it is just an extra white area on one tooth, but nothing you can do to fix that.
I suggest you ask your orthodontist what it is and how to remove it.

Yes even with good hygiene it's possible they can stain. Sometimes the dentist or orthodontist can clean them, but if it gets bad try whitening products. When I had braces best thing I could do was avoid sugar, tea and coffee. Made a huge difference. I had bad staining but cleaned my teeth all the time and never had plaque or anything nasty like that, just staining, and it didn't go until I cut certain foods out.

It's normal to get stains with braces. you can remove the stains by bleaching your teeth. your dentist can do it after removing the braces. you can use Crest whitening strips+ tooth paste + mouth wash.
Avoid coffee, tea, or any red sauce
