You cannot use any whitening products while you have braces.
Whatever you would try (toothpaste, gel, mouthwash, baking soda, whatever) might make the exposed areas of your teeth whiter, but it wouldn't be able to get under your braces.
At the end of treatment when your braces are removed, your teeth would be two different shades.
You'll need to wait until your braces are removed to consider whitening.
There are special brushes at the store for brushing between your braces and your gums. But you can also do a good job with a regular brush and fluoride toothpaste. After you brush, pull you lips and cheeks out of the way and make sure everything looks just like it did the day you got the braces on.

waterpiks will work really good.
they're usually around $20-50 but its worth it.
it doesnt matter which toothbrush and toothpaste you use.
just make sure you brush your teeth AT LEAST 2 times a day. ( try to brush your teeth right after your meal)
you can't really whiten your teeth while you have braces but if you mix baking soda with toothpaste and brush your teeth with it, it helps whiten it a little. but don't do it too often because it's not healthy for your teeth.

Brush your teeth with baking soda...gross...I know it sounds weird but I used it to whiten my teeth days before I had to go to the dentist and it works
