I just found out I'm 6months pregnant but had no idea.?

I had no symptoms at all and haven't put on any weight. Is this common?

    I once delivered a baby to one of my fellow nurses - she was 32 weeks and hadn't had any idea that she was pregnant. She'd gone to the ER with abdominal pains, thinking she had a gastric upset - and she was in labor. So yes, it can happen . Congratulations !

    It's common enough for discovery health channel to have a series called I didn't know I was pregnant and for them to continue to produce new episodes
