No, u just need to have a knowledge about computers if u wanna go for animation.
U can take any stream and check that if u can get computers as a optional subject for it.
In my cousin school in 11th and 12th they have separate subject named Web-designing and Animation which is there choice to select as a subject or not.
So ask from ur teachers that can u take computers as a subject along wid commerce/arts.
Even u can learn animation from an institute after ur school timings. But select only best institute after take knowledge of each institute if u wanna select animation as a career option.

No, Science isnt required if you are going for animation field.
A minimum knowledge about graphics,vfx and cartoon motions is enough for that.
