Why did yahoo delete my answer?

So someone asked a question about how they could pass a drug test after smoking weed and I answered the question correctly but yahoo only deleted my answer not the others even though the question and other answers all talk about abusing drugs. Why?

Update:

I told the person how to pass a urine drug test and how to pass a cotton swab test. It wasn't obscene of vulgar in anyway. Maybe yahoo answers in trolling me?

Update 2:

No, LT I know what you mean but it wasn't like that, I guess it was just a bad question since the answer is illegal like the other guy said

Because you advised the asker to do something illegal.

Sorry, but you can't do that. Likely the question itself and all the other answers should've been reported as well, but yours was correctly reported even if the others were not reported.

Edit: Glad this Q was restored.

Because you say something illegal or give inappropiate answers.

Or may the user who has posted the question report you as an abuse and so Yahoo removed your answer.

I recommend you to consult Yahoo helpline to fix your issues.

There is a spammer who posts hundreds of questions about "free" movie watching sites. Everyone has been trying to remove those spam questions. Someone thought that you were a spammer. It was a mistake. When you get your notice from Yahoo, click on the link to appeal. When you win your appeal, your question will be re-instated.

It's in the community guidelines. Anyone can report the answer if its illegal, which in yahoo's case your answer was illegal. I guess they don't want people to know how to pass drug tests lol.

Source(s): I "violated" the guidelines once and my question was deleted and was told to read the guidelines in another question

  • Coz it's pointless wasting 5 points on a question such as this. Ha'way surely you could come up with something worth answering.

    Maybe Because Yahoo hates you..

Other wise you probably not suppose to tell people that so they can get away with it

You gave advice on illegal activity ..helping someone break the law. Generally speaking accounts go POOF for that. Have you even glanced at the guidelines or TOS?

You answer was deleted because it was reported. The others remained because they were not reported. Simple concept.

Posting anything which even suggests doing something illegal is a violation, the others just weren't reported.
