Best Pre-Paid carrier?

I do not find ANY of them without problems.. Especially TRUE unlimited data. (Even Boost.!) Any comments.. The more details, the better.!!

    I have Virgin Mobile...you can get the top phones with a cheap plan. I get 400 talk minutes, unlimited text and web for $35. I only need a dew talk minutes because I mostly text. You can get wifi almost everywhere so you can use that instead of data.
