is this safe to do with fireworks?
Ok so I got some roman candles and what i was going to do tomorrow night, I was going to duct tape them to the headstock of my guitar, and tomorrow I was going to play my guitar outside while shooting off roman candles for a cool effect. But, if the roman candles have duct tape wrapped too tightly around them, can they build up pressure and combust? or will they be fine?

Well, it depends on the size of the roman candle. I believe it would be safe but I disagree with what Zachary said that they are inherently dangerous. Fireworks are only as dangerous as the user because people mishandle them. Since you are doing something that is not really 'safe', it cannot be guaranteed that you are not going to be burned. It is up to you in the end, and just go for it because it will look cool and you only live once.

I taped Roman candles to this spinning thing.
Nothing really happened. The 'candles just spark . The guitar will just catch fire :/

That is a VERY unsafe idea. Fireworks are inherently dangerous because you never know what they'll do at any point in time. While they work properly most of the time, you do have the occasional instances of... accidents. If you really want to put bombs that close to your body and just assume that everything is going to be all fine, then write your last will and testament out first because you may not see tomorrow.
