There is no single answer to this.
Depends on the exact cities between which you are flying, the date and time of the flight, the airline and how far ahead you buy the tickets.
It might be as low as $100, up to $800.

There is no good answer. It depends on the dates of travel, exactly where you are traveling, and the airline on which you are traveling. Discount airlines sometimes offer very cheap flights, but those fares are very limited, and so are the services.
