I go out to the car and get something , my asain neighbor who lives across the street saw me and hid
I was wearing a tank and shorts and I had something on my shoulders
Once I go back in they get in their car and leave
Why does my neighbor do that he seems suspicious
It was also awkward O_o

he probably has a crush on you and hid or didn't want you to see him or he scared of you

It is weird isn't it, and I say so because I had a neighbour who regularly used to do the same to me. It was very disconcerting when I came home in the car and he was in the garden to glimpse him ducking down beneath the top of the garden wall in the hopes I wouldn't see him.
I never found out for sure, but in the end I came to believe that he was just not a very social or sociable person and avoided me so he was not forced into conversation with me.
I never ever tackled him directly about it, but I sometimes let it be known through other neighbours that I knew he was doing it and that it made me chuckle. That way the awkwardness was transferred from me to him!

It seems he is having a live sex slavery ring in his basement, you MUST report this to the FBI or the CIA, do NOT go in there yourself, phone the FBI right now as tell them, the reason he hid was because he wants you to join his ring and your short clothes were provoking him!
