WIN8 crashes on NORMAL boot. Works fine in Safe Mode. HELP?

I have a Toshiba C660-1QF and I got Windows 7 installed (GENUINE). Bought it like 2 or 3 years back. It was working fine and then I decided to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro. Well, I got the pirated version off The Pirate Bay. It is Build 9200. Got an activator and executed it. NO NEGATIVE ANSWERS PLEASE. IF YOU CAN HELP, ANSWER. I closed the activator as it took too much time. MY BAD. I also tried Windows Update. It said that I had to restart and sign in to update. I restarted and it asked me to enter my password wich I did. It gives the WELCOME screen with the loading sign and then BOOM. The screen goes BLACK. From here cursor is movable. And the ONLY other thing I can do is press Ctrl+Alt+Del and click on Open Task Manager. It ALMOST opens but closes by itself.

Another thing I want to tell you is I have Windows 7 Ultimate installed (GENUINE) as Dual-Boot. ALL my important files are in WIN8. I can open it in safe mode though. I already tried googling it and the only solution I got was to Uninstall My Graphics Driver (Intel HD Graphics).which I already tried but did NOT work.

When I installed WIN8 I didnt do a clean install but just upgraded it, if that helps. PLS HELP.

You can also mail me at hulk461998@gmail.com

I know thats a LAME email ID, created it when I was a Hulk fan maybe like 10 years back. I am 15 now. And I am NOT a complete newbie and I KNOW I shouldnt have updated the pirated WIN8. So a medium level complexity solution is preferred. And the MOST important subject is that I CANNOT afford to lose those important files I have. If you have a doubt whether WIN8 is compatible, I assure you it is because I had it installed a few months back but I eventually deleted it. PLS HELP. NO NEGATIVE ANSWERS PLS.

This problem is generally brought on by an outdated or faulty driver.

There are numerous methods to fix this specific issue.

One would be to go to the manufacturer website and look for the actual updated driver yet this would demand a little bit of tech ability.

You can always try a more standard option.

Thing i recommend here is giving Driver Robot a go. It is going to automatically find out if you might have any outdated or faulty driver and will replace it with the good one.

    maybe you got a virus

also hearing that its pirated is troubling could be some faulty cracking or something

so what i would do is take the harddrive out of the laptop and plug it into my tower and copy and paste the info onto my tower but im guessing you either don't have a tower or your tower doesn't allow you to plug laptop hd's in so you need to buy a http://www.coolerguys.com/840556021070.html?produc... connect your laptop harddrive to a tower or one of your friends and get your data then factory reset that laptop

EDIT your also gonna need one of these http://www.walmart.com/ip/14658989?wmlspartner=wlp...

if your laptop doesn't use sata harddrives your probably screwed and the tower you connect it to will also need to be a sata which means like 2009 or newer 2009ish

i would just delete win 8.just chalk it up to syupidity an dstart over with your files. thats what happens when you hack a program. and win 8 is terrible. thats why microsoft is scrapping it. win 8.1 is going to be just as bad so i have no idea why you want windows 8.
