Is 5'4" and 130 lbs okay for a teenage girl?
I'm 16 years old and 130 lbs . I am 5'4" but I use to weigh about 118 lbs and, i put on about 12 lbs over the past two years. Should I lose weight?

You're fine.
I'm 5'0 and I can be 128 lbs without being overweight. So, you're okay.
According to your BMI - You have a 22.3
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
You are FINE. The other people who answered know nothing about BMI. Nor, do they put in how much muscle to fat ratio you actually have, if you are big boned, etc.
Look, you're fine. From a medical standpoint, you're a normal weight.
145 lbs for you would be normal weight/over weight. (24.9 exactly.)

That seems like a healthy weight, however if you're looking to be attractive that may be on the heavy side depending if that's mostly fat weight, or muscle weight. Muscle is dense and heavy so you could be very thin and toned at 130 lbs, or you could be very pudgy at 130 lbs. Either way, do whatever makes you happy.

Nah your fine. It's normal to gain weight, because you are growing and developing and going through puberty. Plus 130 pounds is good for your height. Your BMI is 22.3 which is great.
One person said you were at the border line of being fat and obese- Thats not true, not even close.

22.3 is the BMI and you're in the 70% category for your weight for your height. Just make sure you're eating right and exercising and remember that muscle weighs more than fat. So, don't focus on weight too much.

You're actually about average weight (which is between 120 and 140 for a woman who's 5'4). Perfectly okay.

you're perfectly healthy, 108-132 is healthy weight at your height. So all honesty You're fine. and if you were to be a little over 132 you'd still be fine, chubby girls are more or less curvy and cute :P
