My cousin stole my Xbox 360 gta 4 but he claims it's his...?

Well I left my gta at his house & I figured I just misplaced it So I looked & it wasn't at my house. So I asked him if he had it & he goes "no I have mine that I got for Christmas" so I had my other cousin come over & she said that he has had it playing with it. Btw he's already stole my mw2 & my battery pack. So I'm not sure what to do.... Please help?

    Step 1:Take a blunt object

    Step 2:Beat the s h i t out of him until he says its yours.

    Step 3:Reclaim your games.
