Eggs are fabulous. And consuming cholesterol raises your good HDL cholesterol without adversely raising your bad LDL cholesterol. Eat as many eggs as you feel like - they are good for your heart. I often eat three or more a day and my cholesterol is optimal.

Too much of anything is more than likely a bad thing! Heck, too much water is bad for you and could kill you!
As far as eggs, yes, too many are hazardous to your health. They are very high in cholesterol. SO, do your homework (I'm not telling) and figure out the proper intake per day and stick to it. I usually have one egg a day and all my levels are fabulous. GOOD LUCK!!!

Eggs do have cholesterol. But white egg is extremely healthy, so you can avoid eating the yolk part.
I remove it and feed my dog so it doesn't get wasted.

The yolk is what carries all the cholesterol. You can have the egg whites though, those are good for you!
