cancer guy + cancer girl...?

Question

I'm a Cancer guy..my best friend is a Cancer girl..

I'll make the long story short, recently she said "I love you"
in a text...I said "I love you too"..then she wrote "I really love u"

I didn't know what she meant by it..so I kinda didn't respond.
I actually have a good understanding with this Cancer girl.
She's funny, she's tranquil, outgoing sometimes..but man..
the thing that's killing me..is that..i'm physically attracted..so
I've always tried to avoid making any friendship altering move

i hope any of you have some encouraging thoughts on what
she meant by "I really love you"..was it just a best friend thing?

Because I'm dreading our next encounter since I didn't reply
to the text for 2days straight...and I think she tried to call me with
a private number (but that's debateable)

Wow that's like a match made from heaven. You guys connect perfectly; emotionally (moon), intellectually(sun) and the way you guys communicate (mercury) are pretty much the same. which are the 3 key components to any successful relationship. You guys must be extremely similar. Don't worry she will understand. You should understand her more than we do because you guys think and act the same and share similar values.
