Conducting credit checks?

What resources are available that i might do credit checks of prospective tenants? I am an individual handling the details myself and don't know how to go about this. I have offered to pay a couple of property management companies to do these for me but they are either hesitant or too busy. Is Creditkarma.com a reliable source? I am clueless. Thanks in advance your your time and help.

CreditKarma.com is not a place to do credit checks. You need to pull credit reports directly from one of the credit bureaus. It costs money to subscribe to the credit bureaus.

You probably want to find a company that does tenent screening. They pull credit reports and often use other sources to see what kind of rental history they have -- late payments, conflicts, damages, etc. Google "tenant screening". You'll find all sorts of choices.
