Go to power options in the Control Panel and then find the part that you can change standby options. If should stuff like "Standby if inactive for" then choose 10 mins.
EDIT - It will ask you for a password when you log back in if you have set one.

Just set sleeping settings after 10 minutes and use password. Then it wakes up it will ask for pass.

You can make it lock your PC, but I don't think it can be logged off. Try Control Panel-Security or look in the screensavers section and browse the options.
