How to set up multiple email accounts for multiple users?
I currently have 4 Hotmail (now Outlook.com) accounts for my whole family. We also each have our own log on to the main computer we use in the house.
What is the most efficient way to set up the email? I ideally want it so that whoever is logged on at the time downloads the new messages only and puts them in a common store location. Can anyone advise with programs/methods of doing this?

Give mozilla thunderbird a try. You can set it up for each user account, to launch at login, and to auto sync new mail. It can notify too when certain people message you, such as you sending an email to your kids.
Its extensible and cross platform too.
