Who cares. All teams "cheat" and that's how it will always be. Jimmie and the 48 team are the best and people can't handle it; therefore, they result to ridiculous accusations and b*tching and moaning.

Jeff Gordon was in the exact same situation in the 90's, but now he's a fan favorite. People will get over it with time, just as they always do.

I say that I find it amazing that what many people call "cheating" today was call "innovation" not so long ago.

Any true racer and/or race fan, no matter what type of racing it is, knows that everybody cheats. We also know that it's part of the game to stay a step ahead of your competition and 2 or 3 steps ahead of the tech inspectors. The issue with the roof flaps has obviously been going on for quite some time because it takes time for something like that to filter down through the ranks-31 teams total in the Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series combined. If the NASCAR inspectors wouldn't have stumbled upon it last week, there's no telling how long it would have gone on.

Pay attention to what drivers do after they win, they slide through the grass, go across the steep banking of the apron and the track, and put their bumpers on the wall while they do a burnout. All drivers and crew chiefs cheat, that's just the very basic nature of racing. Just so happens chad knaus goes over the boundaries and gets caught more often than not. Remember the winning and second place, plus a random car go in for a complete tear down after a race. Imagine how many infractions they would find if they got every car to go in for post race inspections?

If you do not like the way the Sport is handled, then just plain do not watch it.

My husband worked for Miller's for over 26 yeas at the Brewery, and we traveled and went to all the races, and we know all the drivers, so do not blast someone that you do not know.

Cheating is in every single sport, no one can a sport that some form of cheating is not done in.
