How do I bypass Internet Censorship in Australia? Please read description first!?

I am using Optus Internet in Australia. Lately for the past few months they have blocked every single website that is hosted in China and optus severely censor other things too.

I frequently get page not found or a website may appear to load for at the loading bar/spiral but keeps going on and on until I get page not found. I'd like to use youku.com, baidu.com, Weibo.com, baidu baike (basically an encyclopaedia), Tudou.com and many other websites that may or may not be hosted in china that are blocked. I have tried ultrasurf that unblocked non Chinese stuff but all Chinese sites are blocked unless I use tor which is really slow and I don't want to have to pay for freedom on the Internet so paid VPN's are unlikely an option. I need information of software that is used specifically for this issue of censorship which has occurred in china for many years and now Australia.

Please help as I need to reach out to Chinese Internet users through the services mentioned which ironically don't censor to the extent in many cases that google does, at least regarding non political topics. I also don't wish to change ISP's as they are starting to implement similar repressive regimes.

I really want to thank you all for help!

Update:

Thank you to people who have commented. I would like to find free options, and preferably encrypted solutions that don't require proxy sites. Thank you still, for your help so far.
