What is the live action movie that was similar to Kenichi?

i remember seeing a movie where a cop or security guard with no skill gets trained by masters to fight some bad guy at the end and it was basically the live action version of Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple

    my dear friend,the movie u r talking about,i am busting t=my head to find it.it was asian live action movie btw,and i remember at the end of the movie,the protagonist learned to do a hadoken/similar attack.if any1 knows what i am talking about and can give us the title...
