I believe they're roughly equal in performance, give or take a few FPS in most games. Personally, I'd go with the 650 for the drivers and optimisations in games like Battlefield 3 and Borderlands 2.

I would go for hd7750 as there has been issues with gtx 650 playing games like WOW at very low fps which sucks. But hd7750 goes like bang playing it with 60 fps.

That processor, two displays, and any of those GFX cards with that PSU is going to be a VERY close call. I would wait until you upgrade your PSU to invest in a GFX card.
