Why to Liberals think it's more important to force people into poverty than making sure everyone ...?

Liberals have never ever forced anyone into poverty. In fact they have not one policy goal which would decrease a poor person's income or benefits.

Sounds like you are completely confused about the different parties and the policies they push.

They are Advocates of a policy that empowers a strong federal government to enslave its people with a high tax burden incident to the support of extravagant and unnecessary social programs destructive to both the work ethic among the lower class, and the incentive to innovate and succeed among the working class.

Liberals are open to spend other peoples money.

People who can take care of themselves don't need to rely on the state. Democrats hate that.

Communist mindset. They force people into pverty and then make everyone equal (poor that is).

It is harder to convince people they are victims and have them give up control of their lives to the government if people are prosperous.
