What are the requirements of notifying a buyer of a home about a murder that happened in the house?
A kid was killed in the house next door. Those people sold it to a person who flipped it. That person did not notify the new buyers of the murder. Is that legal?
I didn't tell the new buyers about the murder. I didn't want to spoil their dreams of their new home.

No requirements whatsoever, except in CA, and then only if it occurred within 12 months.

In PA, there is no time limit for something like that. Daughter bought a house where a guy killed himself in the living room. She found a bullet lodged in the floor when they were pulling up the carpet! It was pretty nasty.
I don't know if you should say anything or not. Probably depends on how much you like these folks!
