Hello......how old is the queen of England ?

Does anyone know why she and her grandsons visited New York here awhile back ? Just seems unusual. Does her son travel much ? Would she write an average American if they wanted to contact her very bad ? How could I get a mailing address to write her ? That's all ........THANKS !

She's 87. All the Royals travel extensively all over the world, as well as within the UK. I don't know why you imagine her visit to be particularly unusual. There are a lot of countries to visit and the USA is only one of them.

I'm sure if you wrote a letter even with nothing more than HM Queen Elizabeth on the envelope, that it would still get delivered. She is quite famous you know. You could add Buckingham Palace, London, if you want. She won't see it personally of course, as she has an army of staff who handle such things for her.

Queen Elizabeth II is 87 years old. She and her grandsons visited New York by invitation. Queen Elizabeth II seldom, if ever, enters into personal contact with people, HM has people to do that sort of thing on her behalf. HM's mailing address can be found on the internet and anyone may make use of it.

The Queen is 87. Her last visit to New York was back in 2010; it only lasted about 5 hours. In this time she addressed the United Nations General Assembly, then made excursions of homage to ground zero and to a garden in Hanover Square, in the financial district, memorializing British citizens who died on 9/11.

Prince Charles travels just as much as any other royal. However it does not look like he is traveling out of the UK much this year.

I do not know of any email but this is what to post to:

    Buckingham Palace

    London SW1A 1AA.

It is most likely that the reply will be written by a member of her Majesty staff. It could be that the Queen oversees the replay. I cant be certain though.

The last Queen of England (and Scotland) would be 348 years old if she was still alive. Alas, Queen Anne died in 1714.

If you are referring to Elizabeth II, she is not the Queen of England as England has not been an independent kingdom since the act of union over 300 years ago.

The Queen of the United Kingdom is currently 87 years old.

The last Queen of England died 299 years ago, and since New York has been around for 348 years, it might be possible that she visited New York sometime in her life. Her son died 313 years ago, and he was 11 years old when he died. Dead people tend not to write anything. I can give you the mailing address to where she is buried at, and you can write to her as your heart desires (I will list it below).

    The Chapter Office

    20 Dean's Yard

    Westminster Abbey

    London

    SW1P 3PA

    United Kingdom

Also, be sure to address her as HRH Queen Anne.

She's 87, she was born in 1926. You could write to her at Buckingham Palace, although you'd be lucky to receive a personal reply from the Queen.
