PCSX2 no longer detects Directx 11 after uninstalling old GPU driver?

I used to have a Nvidia GPU (9600GT) until I recently upgraded to an AMD card (6950). Everything worked great, up until I uninstalled the old drivers to clear disk space.

Now, only dxdiag seems to read directx 11. No other games are able to detect it.

Any fix?

    Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling DirectX 11?
