I'm pretty sure I don't because I'm choosing to stay and work longer, but my boyfriend thinks that the extra hours I work count as overtime.

We just got a new puppy, and she insists that rubbing her nose in it, smacking her and then throwing her outside is an age old trick that has worked for years, but I know that all it does is traumatize the poor animal. I've tried telling her this, but she's the kind of person who gets very irate if you even allude to the possibility that they are wrong about something. How do I convince her that this is a harmful practice?

I have a 18'X48" EasySet pool, but it isn't filling right. The drain plugs (which are supposed to be on the sides) are stuck to the bottom of the pool, which isn't raising all the way to 48". It appears that that part of the sides is pressed to the bottom. What should I do?

I know that just over a year ago, there was a very prominent plushie maker who made and sold MLP plushies, but Hasbro found out and shut her down under threat of legal action.

Is it legally safe to make and sell them now that a year has passed?

I used to have a Nvidia GPU (9600GT) until I recently upgraded to an AMD card (6950). Everything worked great, up until I uninstalled the old drivers to clear disk space.

Now, only dxdiag seems to read directx 11. No other games are able to detect it.

Any fix?

Normally, my upload speed is around 1 MB/s, so my videos are usually uploaded in about 20 minutes.

I just now tried to upload an 883 MB video, and the ETA climbed all the way up to 5000 minutes, which is over three days. It's been thirty minutes, and the percentage hasn't gone any higher, while the counter has fluctuated between 4600 and 5200 minutes.

Why is it taking so long?

I'm going to start juicing, and I was curious as to whether or not wheatgrass was worth adding to the juice blend. I did some research, and I seem to be getting to very different messages: that wheatgrass is a miracle food that contains nearly all vitamins and minerals under the sun, or that it is basically useless, with the nutritional value of spring water.

Is either of these correct, or is there a median between the two?

If there is nutrional gain there, I would be interested growing my own. I did research on this as well, and found that home grown wheatgrass can contain a lot of mold and bacteria.

Is this true?

If so, is it preventable?

Would it be better to get it prepackaged or in powdered supplements?

I'm having a hard time finding much info on this table, could anyone help me out?

My mom just got this laptop, and she keeps calling me, because she'll just be using it, and the screen will suddenly start zooming in and out in her Chrome browser, and I don't know how to make it stop.

Is there a setting or something that can be disabled so it will stop doing this?

I currently have a AMD Phenom II X4 960T Thuban 45nm in my PC, with an ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 (AM3).

What would be the best CPU upgrade for this motherboard?

Extra info: I'm running Win 7 x64 with 8GB of RAM.

My current GPU is an EVGA GeForce 9600 GT, which works very well for me. I decided to upgrade it, and bought a Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6950, which has been unlocked to a 6970 (whatever that means).

Will I see a noticeable difference after the switch?

My mom has been using her old XP machine for a while, and it's been getting really loud, so I decided to build one for her and give it to her as a gift.

This PC will, essentially, be a Facebook machine, as that's all she uses computers for: Facebook, Facebook games, email and paying bills. Occasionally, she will play games like Bejewled or Mazhong. She also watches YouTube videos often.

Which parts should I use? Any help is appreciated. :)

For some reason, the HP Zeen that came with my HP Photosmart printer will only turn on when docked, and it doesn't go beyond the logo screen. It may not even be charging.

I have attempted to reset it to factory default, but I held all the necessary buttons for about 3 minutes without any response?

Is there any way to fix it, or does it need to be replaced?

I discovered an app in Cydia that allows me to download netflix movies, though that isn't what the program is designed for.

Anyways, after I downloaded a movie, I SSHed into my iPhone to retrieve it, only to find hundreds of files, each ranging from 78 KB to over a megabyte. They are just files, meaning they don't have extensions, except for four of them.

One is called "crypt0.key" and is read as a "registration entries" file in Windows.

The second file is called "index.m3u8" and is read as an audio file in Windows.

The third and fourth are also .m3u8 files, only they are called "en-64000" and "560000-1."

Is there any way I can turn these files into a playable video file?

P.S. The program I used to download them can play them fine.

I'm currently using Sony Vegas Pro to join two video files, one over an hour long, the other two minutes long. It takes forty-five minutes to render them. I wouldn't mind the long render, if I didn't have to do this thirty more times and burn them to discs by Sunday afternoon. Can anyone help?
