HP Zeen won't turn on?
For some reason, the HP Zeen that came with my HP Photosmart printer will only turn on when docked, and it doesn't go beyond the logo screen. It may not even be charging.
I have attempted to reset it to factory default, but I held all the necessary buttons for about 3 minutes without any response?
Is there any way to fix it, or does it need to be replaced?

My first thought would be that the battery in the Zeen isn't fully charged, so if you haven't done so, try leaving it in the dock on the printer overnight.
If that doesn't cure it, the next step is to call HP tech support at 1-800-HP INVENT
