Why is Honey Boo Boo on TV?

I'm sorry, but.... No. I'm not even sorry. Why is that pathetic, fat, white trash, disgusting, pig faced, girl, and her even trashier family on TV? I don't get it. I hate her so much that I literally want to kick her in the face. And again. And again. I just don't get it. Furthermore, why do people encourage it and WATCH THE DAMN SHOW!?!? Does TLC actually think that these people belong on TV, or is it some sort of joke, and the family is the butt of the joke? I don't get it. Please explain this to me. I mean I watch dumb shows like Duck Dynasty, but Honey Boo Boo is just bad.

Don't f***ing watch it then. She's an innocent 6 year old girl. She is a beauty pageant winner on several occasions on Toddlers & Tiaras on TLC she also sings. Winning and receiving that $$$ is what got her family by. I watched the show once on accident and hated it, but you don't see me trash talking and threatening a little girl.

be cause people cant turn away from watching train wrecks, it holds a mirror to society saying this is what you've become, to make some feel bad about what they've become and for others to say well at least we're not that bad, and give those that are even lower on the scale something to aim for.
