Swedish translation for dialogue in a book?

I need to have a character say something like "Don't leave me, my love" to someone who is dying. I don't want to end up saying the equivalent of "Perish not, my flower" or something, which is what I might get if I just trust the translation tools out there.

How would a real Swede say something like this? It doesn't have to be those exact words, just the sentiment.

Thanks!

Lämna mig inte, älskling (don't leave me)

Stanna här hos mig, älskling (stay with me)
