Do I need a License to carry a CO2 pistol that is 7.5 Joules?
I was wondering if I had to have a licence to carry/own a C02 Pistol that is 7.5 Joules. As I am going to buy my first C02 Gun. I am under 18 but I have had my parents permission to own one. I am pretty new to the world of C02 guns, I had owned a few BB guns when I was younger though haha. So yeah, if you have any info or answer to my question, anything with be appreciated. Im in the UK. I think the legal limit for a C02 pistol in the UK is 8.1 Joules. Thanks.

You do not need a licence, but you can not freely carry it around! You need to follow the UK specifications on the area you can shoot you air gun in. You must be 50 feet away from a road

Hmm, I'm not really too sure. Due to the high power of the gun you might have to get a license for it. However, depending on where you get it from you could get away with not needing one. As long as you fire it on private property I don't see the problem.
