Horse Boarding contract?

I am writing up a boarding contract for my new barn (it was agreed I'd write one and go over it with them). Is there anything I missed? it is posted on a different website as it is to long to post here.

Update:

Victoria- I did not ask this question already. I asked about a particular section of this contract, this is the full contract. The other question is a different page entirely that will be included in the paperwork with this.

Update 2:

Btw Victoria, incase you hadn't noticed no one has answered the other one.

If Illinois has an equine liability law (showing statutory limitations of liability of equine professionals), it might be proper to include it in the contract.

We have found, as we run a closed herd, that properly scheduling deworming (and doing the deworming in quarantine) reduces infestation of pastures. It's difficult to get synchronised deworming from a bunch of boarders.
