gta 4 modifications pack needed?
I just got gta 4 and i want to mod it. I don't want to mod the vehicles but i want to change other stuff. I also can't download big files.

download the gta iv modification mod pack for just 41 MB. It changes many visual things. like loadscreens, main menues, effect and etc. As you don't want to change any vehicles or want to download the big file, don't download the 600MB Pack. It changes all the things from vehicles to islands to everything else. Make sure you download the lite pack (V 2.0)
